Restless leg syndrome is a movement disorder. Stress can trigger the disorder or worsen the symptoms. The use of certain medications can also cause restless leg symptoms.
- One of the first things to do before you try any restless leg syndrome home remedy is to see a doctor. Find out if you have anemia, a deficiency in iron, folic acid, vitamin B or magnesium or are suffering from kidney failure.
