This is the most common and easiest ways to remove skin tags. Twist a string or thread around the end of the stem or you skin tag and leave it there. It will cause the removal of blood supply to the skin growth. Because of this the skin tag will die and fall off in a few days.
Apple cider vinegar is used as a home remedy to remove the common warts and will also work for skin tags. Wet a cotton ball or gauze with apple cider vinegar. Place the cotton on the skin tag, hold it with a band aid or plaster and leave it there for several hours or overnight. Repeat the process until the skin tag drop.
If you have the guts, cut the tag off yourself. They are normally painless. Get a small sharp scissors or a nail clipper. Sanitize the scissors or nail clipper with alcohol. Dab a little alcohol on the skin tag and then cut it off. Then apply aloe vera gel to soothe and heal the affected skin. If you don't have aloe vera, you can dab hydrogen peroxide on it. If it is a small one, you can just pull it off even if it's around your eyes.
